When you create proposals, we store your client's name, email, phone number, and project address so we can deliver proposals on your behalf.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage to improve our product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate estimates, proposals, and invoices on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription

3. AI Processing

Your photos and project descriptions are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, xAI) to generate estimates. These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and do not use your data to train their models.

4. Material Pricing

We retrieve real-time product pricing from publicly available retail sources to populate your estimates. This data is used solely for your estimate accuracy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Supabase (database), and AI providers as described above
• Your clients: When you send a proposal, your client receives the proposal content, your business name, and contact information
• Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare R2. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and estimate data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

8. Your Rights

You may:

• Access, update, or delete your account information from your dashboard
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

9. Cookies
