These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuotrPro ("we," "our," or "us") at quotr.pro. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

QuotrPro is an AI-powered platform that helps contractors create estimates, proposals, and invoices. Our AI generates estimates based on photos and project descriptions you provide, using real-time material pricing and labor rate data.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use QuotrPro
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

QuotrPro offers subscription plans with monthly credits. Details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Credits

Each AI estimate uses 1 credit. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately never expire.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Unused credit packs are non-refundable.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI systems
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute QuotrPro services without our permission
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. AI-Generated Estimates

Estimates are starting points, not guarantees. Our AI generates estimates based on the information you provide and available pricing data. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all estimates before sending them to clients.

QuotrPro is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated estimates, material prices, or labor calculations. Material prices reflect publicly available retail pricing at the time of generation and may change.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, descriptions, client data). By using QuotrPro, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services (generating estimates, delivering proposals, etc.).

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to deliver your requested estimates and proposals.

7. Client Proposals

When you send a proposal through QuotrPro, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information presented to your client. The contractual relationship is between you and your client — QuotrPro is a tool, not a party to your contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotrPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuotrPro is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI estimates, the availability of the service, or its fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end, but you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
