Organize your client database, view quote history, and identify repeat customers.
The Clients page is your contact database for everyone you've quoted. View client history, identify repeat customers, and quickly create new quotes for existing clients.

Clients Page Overview
Navigate to Clients from the sidebar to see your client database:
- Summary stats cards at top
- Search bar
- Client cards in list

Summary Stats:
- Count of all clients
- From all quotes
- Growing database
- Clients with 2+ quotes/jobs
- Your loyal customers
- High value segment
- Sum of all job values
- From signed quotes
- All-time or filtered
- Clients: Unique by email
- Repeat: Multiple quotes
- Revenue: Signed jobs only
- Every quote creates/updates client

Understanding Client Cards
Each client displays as a card:
Card Elements:
- Primary text
- Full name as entered
- Click to expand
- Contact email
- Click to send email
- Unique identifier
- If provided
- Click to call
- May be empty
- Total quotes for client
- Badge: "3 quotes"
- Indicates activity
- Total from signed jobs
- "$5,400" format
- Their value to you
- Shows for 2+ quotes
- "Repeat Customer" label
- Star or badge icon
- High-value indicator
- Most recent quote date

Find clients quickly:
- Located at top
- Search by name

- Results filter as you type
- Minimum 2 characters
- Case-insensitive
- Partial matches work
- X button in field

Creating Quotes for Existing Clients
Quickly quote existing clients:
From Client Card: 1. Find client in list 2. Click "New Quote" button 3. Quote form opens 4. Client info pre-filled 5. Continue with quote
- Client name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Address (if on file)
- No retyping info
- Fewer errors
- Faster workflow
- Client record updated
Alternative Method: 1. Start new quote normally 2. In client field, type name 3. Select existing client 4. Info auto-fills
- If info changed, update in quote
- Or edit client directly
- Updates for future quotes
Find the Client
Search or scroll to find the client in your list.
Click New Quote
Click the "New Quote" button on their card.
Create Your Quote
Continue with quote creation. Client info is already filled in.
Client Metrics Calculation
How client metrics are calculated:
- Unique emails in database
- Created from quotes
- One entry per email
- Clients with 2+ quotes
- OR clients with 1+ jobs
- Indicates return business
- Sum of job amounts
- Only signed quotes
- Lifetime value
- Their total from jobs
- Displayed on card
